Members FretFiend.
Bad habits... developed at a young age, and never corrected. The worst? I watch musicians, who don't appear to be watching what they are doing. I get the idea I can do the same. WRONG! I now have a hard time paying adequate attention to the details of what I'm doing, and it shows in my playing. Back when I was a pup, I really needed a teacher who would rap my knuckles for such crap.
Members jamesp
I don't play whole songs. The simplest blip will pull me out of a piece. I'll run through the trouble spot, but rarely start the song over.

Members guitarcapo
Inability to play guitar and carry on a conversation with people at the same time. My brain just can't do that. I envy people who can. I also have trouble playing guitar and singing when the rhythm of the singing is really removed from the playing. The "singing bass player" syndrome. Apparently Glen Campbell had the same problem when playing bass with the Beach Boys and he's a way better player than me. Paul McCartney on the other hand is a master at it.
