Members Freeman Keller
Have you tried contact Fender or your local authorized Fender tech? That is a production model so parts should be available https://shop.fender.com/en-US/electric-guitars/telecaster/richie-kotzen-telecaster/0255202532.html

Members Freeman Keller
A little Googlin' brings up wiring diagrams and all sorts of discussions. It looks like there might be a couple of different switches used at various times. Still probably going to need to get them from Fender [img2=JSON]{"data-align":"none","data-size":"full","src":"http:\/\/i55.photobucket.com\/albums\/g159\/pedrocortez\/RKwiring_zpse2e33701_1.png"}[/img2]
Members bildo
Looking for the square one. That .pdf has the part number too. But does not seem to be in the net. #080323. The one on the note there is not coming up either. I will try to get to a Fender guy.
Members DeepEnd
Fender might be able to recommend a replacement. It doesn't need to be the exact same switch as long as it functions the same. Good luck and keep us posted.

Interesting https://www.fmicassets.com/Damroot/Original/10001/025-5202A_SISD.pdf It looks like it puts the pups in a parallel or series mode. I'm trying to narrow it down .Part Number on the PDF Double check with Fender. https://www.alps.com/prod/info/E/HTML/Switch/Rotary/SRRM/SRRM_list.html You might want to get in touch with FMIC as mentioned. Members bildo
Thanks ya'll. I have gone through Mouser and Digi and few others. This simple switch is tough to find. Don't have room for one of the bigger ones. I have the two Fender part umbers used. I will try to get in touch with Fender. Found one real close on ebay, but it was a 3 way. May end up trying that one.

Fender's really your best best at this point. Good luck!
Members bildo
Thanks Phil! I presented the customer with a re-wire to a 4-way lever to give the series/parallel switching option and introduce a tone circuit. He liked the idea and I have the parts in stock. Even better IMHO - I never liked the idea of replacing the tone control with a series / parallel switch (why do that when you could just use a four-position switch instead?), but hey - it's not MY sig model! Yeah, I know - EVH is an excellent example of someone who likes to keep it simple and who runs without one - I just personally prefer having a tone control.
