How to repair the fret laminate on my 1952 SILVER TONE electric hollow body. Or someone that can do it near Hollywood Calif

Fret laminate? I don't think you are using the correct terms.

 

Could you elaborate or better yet, post a pic?

Are you talking about the fretboard binding (the plastic strip(s) on the side of the fretboard)? I can help with that but a picture would be very helpful,
