Members GAS Man
I checked out a bit of his music some years ago. For a while I was in search of a new rock/blues hero AD-SRV. The album I grabbed was Romp, which according to this link is not necessarily an exemplary sample of his work. I should probably look into some of the higher rated discs here. http://www.allmusic.com/artist/chris-duarte-mn0000109263/discography But yeah, I like that loose style of rockin the blues. If one can do it right, you do only need a couple band mates. But I took a different turn eventually with my newer heroes being Anton Newcombe of BJM and Jim Thomas of The Mermen. But that's like circling back to the 60s with cool modern twists. Funny thing for me though, is that I regarded SRV as a true savior for me from the over produced plastic bands of the 80s, but after I got an XM radio in my car, I now find that the 80s was one of the more consistent periods of music with some cool sounds coming out of the production studios. But some folks can't relive all the keyboard sounds of that era.
