Have you seen the PRS "Reclaimed" series? Holy hanna, I would give both kidney's for one of those! Well, ok, one of mine and one of yours. Seriously beautiful tops!

You guys should check the HC News every so often - I update it every weekday, and we ran the story about those back on March 10. :)

PRS does indeed make some very nice guitars (and amps too), and I thought the story behind the wood on those was pretty interesting.

I have an old Custom 22 PRS, I love the birds.

 

Mine is a McCarty sunburst Flame 10 topper with birds.

 

I left the old rotary switch in it cause it gives you the most tone options. However I can never remember where I have the switch parked.

 

I have played the Starla and wanted to love that guitar, but I didn't like it at all. Did dig the pups either. The Mira is a cool rocker electric.

Sorry Phil, that is a great article, I appreciate you pointing me towards it! The story on the wood is cool! I do need to explore more on this site, I admit. :)
