Members mbengs1
anybody use this aside from me? I bought the black one first which was the heavy tension one (9lbs each finger). it got lost so i bought another grip master, the medium tension one which is 7lbs. per finger. i use this to keep my fingers strong and ready to shred the fretboard. is this hand exerciser really effective to keep your chops up? Members 1001gear
The consensus here used to be "avoid". The wisdom was you only need a feather touch on electric. I think I even stated Segovia said guitar requires 80 pounds per finger etc. but to no avail. So stay away from 'em or you'll ruin your left hand permanently. I personally have the black one. Members hellion_213
I have the black one. What I really wish is someone would make one, spring loaded, but on a mini fretboard. That way you would be exercising in the same spacing.
