Members WRGKMC
I didn't bother to put them in order of popularity, just what came to mind as amps I've owned over the years and found to be my favorites. . 1. Members WRGKMC
Life is change man. I had to sell everything I owned, more then once in order to feed my kids and pay the rent. I was a full time musician for 10 years back in the 70's/80's. The work was seasonal and I worked allot of horrible part time jobs in between in order to be able to chase that dream. Members Mikeo
I'm not sure what my top 5 are, but owned a Mesa Tremoverb 2x12 combo, that I would put in my top 5 list. Sold it. It was 2 lbs shy of 100 lbs, which was one hell of an amp to move around. It did have casters, but still.
Members RaVenCAD
1) Peavey Delta Blues 1x15 (This also includes all the various flavors of the Peavey Classic. (yeah, I know, it's a Fender, and this is from the one who generally hates Fender guitars, but their amps are wonderful.)
Members hellion_213
Blue Voodoos do sound good, when you can keep them going. Almost made my list too, along with Hughes & Kettner tubemeister, but again, reliability issues
Members RaVenCAD
I hear you there. But I'm a home player, so the rigors of the road aren't an issue for me. I could easily add a Peavey Valveking to this list as well.
Members RaVenCAD
I edited my list to include the entire Peavey Classic series. Hard to pick just one as the star. The Delta Blues is the one I've owned, but the Classic 30 is an amazing amp.
Members jtr654
I Still own 3 of the 5 plus a bunch of lower powered amps.
