Members IsurusGuitar
I recently bought my first 7 string which is one of these new 2015 Schecter Banshee Elites.. I normally play Ibanez superstrat type guitars and have owned an RG2228GK, but felt like trying something different. What is really great about these guitars is the USA Custom Shop Supercharger pickups - the first time they have put these grade of pups in the Korean built guitars. I go through everything in the video, and give playing demos with various tones, hope you enjoy it! Members badpenguin
ehh, Schecters leave me cold in general, and 7 strings, even colder. Nice guitar though.
Members wankdeplank
Looks and sounds like a wonderful guitar. Sounds like it can cover a lot more than just metal. Looks like Schecter has definitely upped it's game with this model. Big congrats and enjoy.
Members Verne Andru
That looks very sweet. Enjoy it. I picked up a Schecter Jeff Loomis 7 with a Floyd and active emg's a while back. Swamp-ash makes it nice and light, nice neck [albeit a bit on the beefy side], high-end Grover machines and a real Floyd/locking-nut. Surprisingly versatile going from a great deep jazz tone to searing leads with little fuss. Only thing I miss is a tone control. Stays in tune forever and balances very well on a strap.
