So I've been thinking about getting a wireless system for my melodica, and just got an email from Sweetwater with an offer on the Fender FWG1010 by AKG Instrument Wireless for $99-$179. Supposedly, this is a huge markdown... Anyone here have any experience with these? How is the sound quality/reliability? Would you buy one of these? Anticipated use is at club date/wedding gigs. I should probably add that I have a Sennheiser EW 100 G3 wireless handheld/receiver already, so have been looking into the possibility of buying just a transmitter, to pair with the receiver for this purpose.
