Members hellion_213
The ESP LTD JH-600EC Jeff Hanneman Signature electric guitar features neck-thru-body construction, an alder body, and a 24.75" scale maple neck on a single-cutaway body. The extra thin U-shaped neck contour and 24 extra jumbo frets make the JH-600EC an extremely playable instrument. Armed with an iconic pair of active pickups—EMG81 in the bridge position and EMG85 in the neck position—this guitar can handle plenty of gain and boasts unmatched tonal articulation. High-end appointments include a Kahler Hybrid locking tremolo system, Gotoh tuning machines, all-black hardware and Hanneman-inspired red star inlays adorn its beautiful ebony fretboard. Been looking at this lately, have some extra stuff I could move.....

Members Buttcrust
From that picture, it is a very nice looking instrument. It should cost about $350-$400...then, imho, it would be "way hot".
Members billybilly
We have very different tastes in guitars so that one not for me. Okay, I'll tell you why I don't like it.... don't like trems on les paul type guitarsdon't like EMG'sdon't like thin necksdon't like really big fretsdon't like anything smaller than a 43mm nut I guess that's it, lol. If you like it though, that's all that matters!

Members JRicoC
Not. The body looks nice, but the black pickup covers, vibrato, and fret markers ruin any potential it might have had ...
Members papaschtroumpf
Not as hot as most LPs but not bad looking either. Talking about looksly, no idea about the rest.
Members badpenguin
Don't care for ESP's in general, and to add to billy's list... "~~•don't like trems on les paul type guitars•don't like EMG's•don't like thin necks•don't like really big frets•don't like anything smaller than a 43mm nut" Don't like 24 fretsand don't like NOT having 2 vol and 2 tone.So a big NOTfrom me. Members phaeton
I could make it work, but it's not something I'll ever go chasing. For a metal guitar I'm generally hot-rodded strat or something pointy.

Members hellion_213
Buttcrust - t'would be nice if it was around $400, haha! Billy- yeah man, I'm pretty sure we're polar opposites when it comes to guitars Knotty - Sammy - Right On! Penguin- I Never use the tone knob. I keep them cranked up and never touch them again intentionally. I did do a short stint in a blues band once, but aside from that, my general rule is to not touch them Phaeton - typically I go for the pointies too, but something about that one..... Papas - most folks here seem to go for a flamed top, I lean toward a sleek solid color myself
