Members Bucksstudent
That's an old review. Never cared for the RockonGoodPeople channel, but they were one of the first major guitar uploaders. It's kind of funny how he calls the Epiphone a copy. I'm pretty sure they're the real deal, but of course there are players who argue modern Gibsons are just copies too. Also, he's recording with a Line6 Spider amp. They can get good tones, but they're not exactly the best amp to define any guitar's tone. Now, for his complaint about tuning... My Les Paul and SG have Grovers, They came stock with their models. My new Casino Coupe has a Gibson style tuner, but the only string that goes out of tune is the G string, but I'm still playing with the stock strings and haven't tightened the bolts and screws yet. Overall, he's noted "problems" in the Epiphone that are fixable. Getting an Epiphone with sharp fret ends or a tuning issue is better than buying a Gibson with the same problems, though I have never bought a new guitar from any brand that was perfect out of the box with the exception of Rickenbacker. He's made a good case for Epiphone, but ultimately, as he said, it depends on the individual player's tastes and how the instrument feels in their hands. Members RockPianoman
Both of those guitars sound really good.....naturally, they don't have the same electronics.....if they did, it would be hard to tell them apart Your Casino is really pretty......I really like the sound of P-90's too

I find that a plain G just sounds wrong whether it's in tune or not. You can get 10's and up with a wound G.
