  • Has anyone test driven the Gibson SG knock off at Best Buy?

I saw in Sunday circular today that this one is $169 on sale (either at the store on online)
I am curious if it is worth pulling the trigger.. I like the humbucker covers on the guitar and the tiny pickguard, versuse the Epiphone that Musicians Friend and GUitar center are selling for $149

I've not tried one at Best Buy, but I test-drove one at Target this morning as best I could. Unfortunately, since it was anchored to the wall behind a plastic guard, all I could do was look. But the fretwork was pretty crappy. The ends were rough and there was what looked like glue around some of them. This was an LP, but if it's any indication of the quality, stay away.
