  • Humbuckers, scale and pickups of LP with the woods and bolt of strat...any good?

http://www.rondomusic.net/gg1ltd2.html LP style body and scale length, but made with maple bolt on neck and ash body. Strange fender lp mix from the sounds of it.

It also comes with a tweed hard case so it is a bargain if you can intonate close to being in tune at $150. Heck a home done fret leveling may make this a really nice guitar with some new pickups. Looks odd, but ash is supposed to be more "resonant" and it has a bolt on, like a strat...but the humbuckers the bridge and the scale length are like a lp.

Would it sound any good? a resonant thinner sounding LP? Anyone try these before or own one?
