Members Kellanium
I always wanted to see him play live. Now I'll never be able to. I am deeply saddened by this. Rest in Peace, Les. Hope you have a good time at the Great Gig in the Sky. Sure it's Pink Floyd, but don't all musicians go there?

Members Mike Fiasco
I'm seldom sad to hear that an old man who had a successful career has died. As was said above, he had a good run. One heck of a good run, running over 70 years. His life was an inspiration. Now he's got to meet up with Mary Ford again. I hope that goes well. Members Alex_SF
I was thinking about heading out to NYC to see him do his regular weekly gig at the Iridium in September, since Chuck Berry is supposed to be playing there the weekend of the 12th and I thought I'd get both legends checked off the list in one trip. However, when I called the Iridium to check their calendar a few weeks ago, they said September was up in the air since he'd been in the hospital lately. Too bad, but he did have a hell of a run all right. Check out the documentary "Les Paul: Chasing Sounds" sometime for some great history and music.
