Members steve_man Posted October 14, 2009 Author Members Share Posted October 14, 2009 went to two different Guitar Centers. Found a really nice Epiphone Elitist Les Paul Custom in wine red. Would have bought it on the spot, but it was on police hold for like 2 weeks. Also could have picked up a wine red Gibson LP Robot for about $850. Seriously thought about it. The system is pretty sweet, and worked well. Just couldn't get past how BIG the back of the tuners were. Sounded great though. Also hit the North Dallas location on 635. Found a really nice MIA Strat, but it had been modded (pups, etc.) and it made me a bit leery of it...so I passed. Might stop at one more on the way home...but probably will not...
