It's hard to make out the words...

 

Looks like "of March" by the Trapese cover and "Family"?

 

The swirls under the bridge look like someone was spinning the pen trying to make the ink start flowing... I could see this on a piece of paper, but on the top of the guitar? :eek:

 

I bet that's not the only SG Derek has...

I think I read that he gets every musician he plays with that he respects to sign it. I'm sure they wear off because he plays the guitar and more signatures are added. I'd guess that there really is no way to know who's on it at any given time unless you see the guitar or ask Derek. The only thing I can read on that picture is "Family Man".
