  • Who would buy one of those crappy best buy Maestro's anyway?

    I upgraded the bridge with a Stewmac unit and replaced the pickup with a Vantage pup from the 80's (Dimarzio I think). Also switched the knobs out. The guitar plays and sounds okay but it's a pretty steep step down from an Epiphone. I'm going to polish the frets and replace the tuners with some from my parts bin. I picked this up on a whim.
