Members Willyguitar
We're doing a cover of QOTSA No One Knows, and it's all fine, but I would like to be able to play the fast bit at the END of the guitar solo a bit closer to the original if possible. I'm playing something at the moment that approximates what Josh Homme does, but not exactly the same. If anyone can provide tips on how he does it, I'd be v grateful. Here it is. Solo starts at about 3.15 and fast bit at about 3.33 [video=youtube;s88r_q7oufE]
Members Willyguitar
Now I know why they called the song 'No One Knows'.

Members Willyguitar
This should help Thank you! I'll try that. Edit It certainly sounds almost right to me (it feels like there needs to be an extra beat/note in there somehow?) and works... but I'll need practice it to get it smooth. Members GreaserMatt
I just watch that video over & over... LOL still can't quite get it though; it shows him play most of it pretty clearly, IIRC...
