Gibson LP 60s tribute : basic truss rod wrench size question

Hey guys !

I've just received my first Gibson LP ever! It's a Les Paul Studio 60s tribute. The truss rod wrench for my Fenders won't fit this one (Allen type). Can anyone tell me the exact size of truss rod wrench is used for 60s tribute LPs and the exact size ? I don't find it that easy to measure...

Thanks for reading this post. All the best !!

Damnit, I'm still waiting for mine... grr... LOL

The waiting was painful for me too. 5 endless days they were... but it was worth waiting for... the guitar is very resonant, sounds as good as the 50s tribute but I prefer the ergonomics on that one (slimmer neck and slightly more body-heavy). The neck edges are not as smooth as those of my strat. And apart from such very tiny details I'd say the Studio Tribute delivers just as well as much higher-end LPs. Definitely a keeper !

I own a 50s tribute goldtop, & have a 60s on order... cant wait to get it... still getting used to the chambered body,,, I thought I'd never own a chambered les paul, but then again, I thought I'd never be able to buy a goldtop w/ P90s for under a grand either...
