While it may not be very common among guitarists who mostly tend to fit the Blues, Metal or shred molds, I think you and I have enough tunes to keep the thread alive! Members DavidMgT
Okay:http://pod.ath.cx/vg99/Rigsby%20Reloaded-24-final.mp3Enjoy. Great sounds! I really like your chord progression and arrangement. Your lead work fits the piece perfectly - very open and fluid and that flurry of legato notes is just awesome. All in all I really enjoyed this! Also, I have that exact drum loop on logic:)

Thanks, as always, for the kind and encouraging words and, of course, the listen. The first piece, actually has a Nine Inch Nails drum part at the end (from "The Hand that Feeds") Reznor has several audio files for free download on the NIN web site. Members aliensporebomb
Another track, WAY different this time: I set my guitar down on my chair I use when recording and there was anelectric fan running. The hex pickup is so sensitive it picked up a strange, thrumming whineand I heard this and started recording it. I changed the speed of the fan and it modified the pitch of the whine. http://pod.ath.cx/vg99/GRTest.mp3 Really strange stuff. Not really music but.... Cool stuff. It eventually goes back to the moody "record playing effect" with chords. But I especially love the coda where it goes double-time with the angry guitar stuff happening to a spellbinding coda. Next track, moody eerie chords again with a nice breezy drum pattern, I hear more of a radiohead vibe here but not to a bad effect - it's still interesting chordal melodies with a nice introspective vibe. Cool. Great stuff!
Members scuzzo
I guess i will post this one.. Its just some weird thing i wanted to try with different delay settings and about 3 or 4 different guitars.. very clean. it runs off the rails at one point but it works in places.. i would consider it off beatHour Glasses http://soundclick.com/share?songid=7332204
