It sits in its case in a closet since I rarely play gigs anymore. I have been reluctant to sell it because I like it so much but if I can get good value for it, I'll sell it. As mentioned before, this is serial #332 and it comes with a hard padded case and the footswitch. Here are some pics I took of it a while ago. It is in good condition and comes with a hardcase. I can take better pics (with an actual camera) if someone is truly interested. I'd like to get $1600 plus actual shipping costs or you can pick it up in Long Beach, CA. The only trades I'd entertain are for Gibson Les Paul Standard, Traditional or Custom or a Mini Rectifier plus cash or maybe a guitar of some kind if you have no cash. It's a great guitar in excellent condition, and I'm sure it's going to make somebody seriously happy. This is one of the rare later models with a solid maple top, Rockfield Mafia pickups and an Original Floyd Rose, and the quality really, really defies the price point. Great frets, low action, no buzzes and a lightning-fast satin neck - more girth than most shredders, and I love that. Amazingly rockin' EVH sounds out of the bridge pickup, great cleans out of the neck and center positions, and a metric boatload of sustain all around. One pic here, plus a link to the ad in my signature. Boss CS-3 - $43 shipped - Another simple and straightforward pedal, it's a Boss CS-3. Versatile compression, plus an extremely useful tone control. Anything from subtle to jangle to country squish, all in a bulletproof package. As far as trades, I'm really looking for a nice EQ pedal - true bypass would be awesome, and those new MXR 6-band EQs look really cool. Alternately, I'd be interested in working out a deal for a Vox Night Train, Orange Tiny Terror or Jet City JCA20 head. Alternately alternately, I really like Eminence Redcoat and Patriot speaker lines. Currently loaded with GFS Mean 90's, and a GFS X-Trem; stomps all over a Bigsby as far as ease of string change, stability, and sustain. I really like this guitar, but it reminds me of a bad time in my life, so I want to move it on. This is a 1977 Ibanez Les Paul style guitar. I was told it is a lawsuit era Ibanez Les Paul, but later had it pointed out to me that it is the first run after the lawsuit in which the headstock took on the shape you see here. I have not played this guitar much since buying it a few months ago, but know of no issues. You can see most any dent or ding in the pics. It will come with the original hard shell case and will be very securely packed as if it were going to go through a war zone. This guitar is in really good shape to be 35 years old. $475 through paypal including shipping to the continental U.S. I am a platinum seller here.
