Guitarist for the great 70's band Angel. Very underrated 70's guitarist,
he was even tapping on vinyl before EVH.

They were just on the verge of being huge, and put out several really
good albums. I have them all on vinyl and listen to them quite a bit.

Their live album "Live Without A Net" has a good showcase of his
playing. One unusual thing about his style is even though they
were lumped in with the metal bands of the day, his playing was
very clean with very little distortion.

They were sort of the antithesis of Kiss. They wore all white and
were on the same record label.

Yeah they were on Casablanca records too. Always in Circus magazine when I was a kid. You could turn Angel's logo upside down & it looked the same. Crazy!
I have an old 45 of Punky's -The Cherry People. Ha!

The opening to this is awesome....

I saw them a couple of times 70's the best thing they did is how they apeared on stage in those Tubes of smoke. Punky was not that good the keyboardist and the Bassist ( Robison or something like that) were very good players.
