Ever since I hit 45, the pounds just attach themselves to me if I look at food.

My 29 year old nephew eats an incredible amount of food and is still a stick figure.

I look at his dad and his bowling ball belly and think, "this is what the future holds" for my shovel every thing in his mouth nephew.

I could loose a few lbs........but that's an everyday wish.

BTW, Christmas day's dinner had 2 Flinstone like bronto ribs on my plate......I could barely finish one of them.

I think I'm on the road to some recovery of excess poundage.
i have come to the conclusion that he is some form of god. no mere mortal has that many guitars/pedals/amp/anything. "It boggles my mind. His collection is the most glorious and true expression of GAS.To each his own though. Amazing collection of beauties. It takes some seriously messed up OCD to compile a collection like that.I hate BBreaker. Damn, I hate him.Suck it.We learned that bbreaker is some sort of god. A god of whine.fk this guy.

                My Five,

!: Study more, and learn to write a better paper. Got proper thought just can't seem to effectively put it down.

2: Get back to lifting, I want my 55" shoulders back!

3: Try to help more people this year. Many folks are doing badly and it will get worse soon so who am I to be hoarding food when there are children starving.

                4: Learn to chicken pick.

                  In no particular order:

                  • Learn more songs (as opposed to mindless noodling).

                  • Be more efficient with my work (i.e. stop procrastinating).

                  • Buy fewer guitars than this year (or at least sell some first).

                  • Follow through with New Years Resolutions.

                      1. Stop sucking at guitar.

                      2. Refer to #1

I guess past the crack thing, it'd be great to write more songs than last year.

It the past month I've started playing more single note melody lines. This was a breakthrough for me since I was limited to playing barre chords and pentatonic licks. Somehow I have found the notes to "get out of the box". My resolution is to keep it up.

I guess all those scales helped after all.
