Members theManfromAlabam
First of all are the tuners with the Gibson logo made by Kluson/OEM? if so, when did Gibson/Kluson begin using the Gibson logo tuners on their guitars? also I notice the tuning peg arms/stems are longer on the Gibson Deluxe tuners than that on the Kluson Deluxe tuners, why? Members mschafft
My 1992 SG Special has stock "Gibson Deluxe" tuners, and so does my 2011 Les Paul 60s Tribute. Hope this helps.
Members theManfromAlabam
Sort of. Most of my Gibson have Gibson Deluxe tuners, my newest Gibson LP Junior regular satin has Kluson Deluxe tuners with the shorter peg arms, the guitar is supposed to be 1958 spec, I wonder if Gibson started using the Gibson logo tuners after 1958?
