You buy from them and you get no factory warranty (in most cases).HM seems like their deals are getting thinner. The are not very responsive, they are slow to ship, and you have the warranty/service/support concerns. They say they will cover it themselves, but that doesn't leave me feelin warm n fuzzy.But I have bought about 4 things from them that worked out fine. Just need to be patient with their shipping (like up to 3 weeks is not uncommon). But the margin has to be considerable for me to continue to buy from them.
