Members docjeffrey
I've decided that I cannot live the rest of my guitar playing life without owning a Burns Hank Marvin. They make a wide range of these, but the model I'm looking at is $1300. It's made in China but assembled in England, whatever that means. I have no idea. I just want one. Members docjeffrey
Anyone for Greenburst? Sroll headstock + zero fret = win! Ugliest guitar ever. So why am I so intrigued?

Members Muddslide
I love 'em. Even the Bison model. As for the ones in the OP, I think they are hotness. My favorite i the white with the tort pickguard(s). Back in the 80s I had a chance to buy a greenburst Burns 12 stringer for $250. Wish I could have snagged it. Members Virgman
"Assembled in UK" I'll bet they ship them from China with the necks detached. They are great looking guitars but $1300 for a Chinese guitar seems too much.
Members Tupelo Son
Have always been intrigued by those....but have to agree with Virgman.
Members kayd_mon
Interesting. Your collection is too pretty, so the obvious next move is to add some ugly diversity. I don't know, but those do look like fun!
Members LOLRECONLOL
Really like the white.

Members Faber
Always liked the look of those. Last time I had my hands on one (late 90s I think) I was surprised how much that particular one sounded like a strat. Suppose I shouldn't have been, given that Hank Marvin played one, but still
Members bjcarl
That is a kickass guitar...like a strat that's actually interesting. I own a UK-made Steer & if its anywhere near as good, you'll be very happy. I do agree with the above sentiments, however-Burns should be ashamed for charging $1300 for a Chinese-made guitar... I would definitely rock it to the best of my limited abilities.
Members harold heckuba
I used to have a green Marquee. I sold it because it was very heavyand also I did not like the bridge.
