  • Difference between the Dimarzio Area T and Area Hot T

I have narrowed down my search to these two Tele bridge pickups. For people who have tried these what is the big difference between these two and which one would you choose and why. I play mostly blues, blues rock, and classic rock.

I don't have experience with either but I'd say that the Area T will get you what you're looking for. You don't play any styles that seem to need a hot pickup. I have Fender CS Nocaster pickups in my tele and it is plenty hot to cover all of those styles.
