Bound rosewood neck with lacquer. Fantastic pickups [single coil and humbucker] with matching headstock and the very cool Vista Series logo.I love the simplicity of it too. Just one volume knob, no tone knob. It's simple but it rocks!I have 2, black and surf green.Regardless of what you think about Courtney, this is one fine guitar. Uhh... she didn't even know Kurt when she made her first record. I've never understood the hate Courtney gets. She's a pretty decent musician, and she was known long before she met Kurt. Yeah, she's a gigantic mess, and she seems like a bit of a bitch, but the same can be said about most musicians, especially the ones that have large fanbases.
