You might be looking for the wrong specifications. The threaded portion of the pot is called the bushing. The shaft is the part the knobs attach to.

 

 

They still call them long shaft though, even though the threaded portion is the long part.

Yeah, I might have to resort to that. It's for that floyd rose tele. the maple top is 1/2' thick, so normal pots don't even come close to fitting, even though the previous owner did some drilling out.

 

So far I've looked at many places but no dice. :(
