Lol absolutely. I bet if we polled everyone, at least half of us have tinnitus. My hearing is still 100%, according to a hearing test, but I have tinnitus (although I got mine from blunt force, not loud noise). I almost always wear plugs at shows, and I'll also use them for performance whenever possible.

My tinnitus is from riding motorcycles, not music. Full-face helmet and almost always stock mufflers, but the wind roar is still horrific and damaging in the long run. I didn't wear ear plugs nearly enough.
