I love my import standard!

I'll take that over an import Dean any day. To me, it's worth the 500$ i paid for it new (on a headshot obviously), but it sucks that it loses it's value because it's an import. These things go for like 300$ or less on the bay, no?

This is my Special FM. By far the best instrument I've everr had: Plays great, lightweight, top notch construction.

I thought it sounded great when I got it, with the JB/59 pu combo. A fine rock mashine that had a surprisingly fine clean sound. Then I put in the duncan Phat Cats: :love: now it not only sound better clean or semi-distorted, but it's also far more versatile. I can go from tele like treble to LP fattness with no problem at all

Even if I'll always have GAS, I really can't see myself *needing* another guitar

Thanx!:D

It's a lot of fun,great for White Zombie/VH & Godsmack-stuff.

Eventually I wanna put a 60 in the neck slot, but I'll have to have it routed a little,& prolly use a trem plate to patch the hole(s)...

That "would" make it a lot more versatile, but I don't really even look at 1 p/up guitars anymore, this one does everything I need/use it for VERY well!!!
