Jonathan, but most people call me Jon. My in-laws called me 'Jon No-H' for a little while as they worked to remember how to spell my name for birthday cards and such...

For many years I went by my stage name, Miles O'Toole.

It started out as a joke, but it stuck and there are people all over the bay area that still think that is my name even though I haven't used it in years.
A lot of the clubs we used to play in would do a lot of radio advertising and mention the bands that were there that week. My rriend was a radio dj and everytime he had to cut a promo for a club and it was my band, he would always say the band name and then in a low growling truck pull anoumcer kind of voice, he would say "featuring Miles O Toole".

So for years you could hear tthose ads around Tampa.

By the way, for you slow kids, Miles O Toole translates to "big weiner"
              Good times.
