Members PrinceGeorge
So I'm wanting to get a new leather strap.I don't need any padding on it since my guitar is a light semi hollow one, but I need the strap to be adjustable to 38" (preferably, I might be willing to get one that's 40 or so inches). What straps do you recommend? I want it to last for a long time, but I don't want to pay a riduclous price for it. So nothing custom made. ThanksPrinceGeorge
Members noisebloom
The one I use for my Les Pauls is a Levy's M4. It's 3.5" wide and under 20 bucks. I don't know how long it will go, but I'm 6' tall and it's long enough for me -- albeit I keep it at the lowest point. Levy's also has one, the DM1, that's 2.5" wide, if 3.5" is too wide for you. Members PrinceGeorge
The DM1 looks pretty good, I won't get the M4 because it's too thick for me. Still open to suggestionsThanks

Members PurpleTrails
You also should consider doing a search on etsy. There are some nice handmade straps on there a lot of times for not much money.
