Arpeggio Challenge

Here's a little game for you:

Using quarter-note triplets, work out a sequence for arpeggios of min7 chords that:

1) steps through one arpeggio for 4 beats and

2) (chord root) descends by a perfect 5th each measure and

3) starts on the same chord degree (of the new chord) for the first note of each measure

Example: Amin7 from the b3 > Dmin7 from the b3 > Gmin7 from the b3, etc

This kind of drill really helps break open the neck. ALWAYS a great exercise.

Interesting. I'm gonna try this. The next bit of dificulty would be to do it in the Duke Miller zone system. Not sure I'm masochistic enough for that though.
