PC mount or chassis mount?

I've had some occasions where I needed something super slim and gotten away using an acoustic guitar end pin jack similar to this.

You can use a standard nut instead of the strap button on this one.

This without the clover is likely the slimmest you'll find.

I've also had issues where the length and width were a problem and used one of these with the cover removed and glued into place so the jack actually extended from the chassis. https://www.sweetwater.com/store/det...SABEgKGXPD_BwE

A panel mount like this likely has the lest amount of depth but it is fairly wide.

A standard jack with its ears bent in probably tales up the least amount of total space.

Maybe what you really need is an 1/8 inch jack and then either use an adaptor or adaptor cable. That come in very small sizes.
