Members travisbrowning
What do you guys think? I gotta say I think it's the best new Shoegaze/Dreampop in awhile, or at least since M B V, and with Ride coming out with a new album soon, it makes me wonder if any band can topple the giants. Members Fender&EHX4ever
Loving it so far. Will try to listen all the way through this week in between life duties.Whether or not it gets the "Best Since MBV" trophy? That's a tall order. And there has been a lot of truly noteworthy guitar-driven Dreampop released this decade: Tycho - Dive / Awake / EpochSmall Black - Best Blues / Limits of DesireHazel English - Never going home againWarpaint - Heads upSwervedriver - I wasn't born to lose youMelody's Echo Chamber - Melody's Echo ChamberDeerhunter - Fading FrontierThe Horrors - Luminous / SkyingThe House In The Woods - BucolicaTriptides - AzurDIIV - Oshin ... to name just a few

Members iodine74
I'm loving it. Never was into them back in the day, but gave them a chance late last year and found some stuff I liked. To be honest, wasn't too huge into gaze/bliss back in the day... but since last summer it's taken over for me. I've heard of a few of those bands you mentioned, but I've found some of my own that I like. Not necessarily all tru gaze, but they tend to have the heavy verbed vocals (sometimes drums too), and verby or fuzzy guitars. Fleeting Joys Cheatahs Ringo Deathstar Flyying Colours Nothing Deafcult Whirr New Moon PinkShinyUltraBlast And have also come to love Swervedriver as well. For those on Spotify, I've got a running playlist I'm constantly adding stuff to (new and old)... if you want to follow.
