Members mbengs1
I have close to 15 pedals. i think you can own as many pedals as you want as long as you use them or really want them. or am i wrong?
Members SoulSonicFX
What kind of question is this? Some people own hundreds. Also, you're allowed to sell a pedal if you bought it and don't like it or never use it...people tend to do that...it's acceptable behavior.... Members mbengs1
oops. sorry if i was out of line for that moment. but i feel like i have to use everything i have or i am just wasting money. hehe.
Phil O'Keefe
I think using what you have is a great idea. For others, collecting is sufficient justification for owning lots of pedals, even if they don't use them regularly.
Members eti
Actually there is a hard limit of 150 pedals per person. Anyone who claims to have more is not being completely honest.
Members 1001gear
I have a couple dozen ODs; multichannel pres included and besides financial constraints, there's no time to get to know all the available stuff much less get to the music therein. If I had the money, I'd spend it elsewhere.
Members t_e_l_e
lots of people would be more than happy with the stuff i currently don't use. i'm not a collector, but i don't need to sell stuff either and i don't want to regret any sales so i don't sell anything. but i can't use all stuff i have at the same time. so there is pedal wise very interesting stuff lying around, which gets no use... and yeah last rehearsal i digged out my micro pog and use it again, as promised in an other thread here
Members mbengs1
all the brand new pedal purchases i've made are good. they still work as the day i got them. the used pedals though, two of them degraded in sound. i was thinking of getting a whammy pedal ( i have a multi effects that has this effect and sounds fine). i'd also like another wah for more option. i also need a tuner and pedalboard for all my pedals. Members Player99
I keep my extra pedals in sacks hidden around my house. I use them to beat intruders to death with.
Members WRGKMC
This would be my limit. One good multi effect pedal could do the job of most of these. Which would you rather own.

Members StratStevo
Awesome. Thoughts on the East River Drive? It's a keeper, but I personally preferred the Hot Tubes or the OD Glove over the ERD for the sound I am after, and I am also using a Mustang III modeling amp, amps change everything. I did let the Satisfaction and the Metal Muff go..I just couldn't warm up to them. Electro-Harmonix has been nailing it lately!
Phil O'Keefe
Awesome. Thoughts on the East River Drive? I know you weren't asking me, but I did review it a while back, so in case you're interested in checking it out... http://www.harmonycentral.com/expert-reviews/electro-harmonix-east-river-drive In a nutshell, think inexpensive TS-808 clone.
