I'm not naturally drawn to it's looks in a traditional way, though I must say I do dig the quirkiness. Once I heard him tell the story though, wow. I love that it's a mutant Bass VI neck, and even more that he made it by hand. As a CNC'd guitar in stores? Nah. As a hand-built one off? Heck Yes.
