A couple months ago I discovered the Slash octave fuzz and it really seemed like a great pedal: great fuzz, octave down, additional octave up, a button to add the octave into the fuzz or not, all analog, etc, etc... but somehow I forgot about it and let it go... THEN MXR custom shop came out with this new pedal, the Sub machine, and I was (again) really excited about it, until it remind me of something... great fuzz, octave down, add octave up... etc etc... I haven't been able to test either of those, but has anyone? doesn't do they look like the same pedal??? in fact the slash fuzz has a knob to control the octave up effect... any info or thoughts will be appreciated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
