Members LikesLoomis Posted February 7, 2015 Members Share Posted February 7, 2015 So I have long wanted a Carbon Copy, and actually regret buying the Flashback (I know, it's digital) over it a while back...BUT;Since tax/refund time is upon us, I now have some dollars to spend on a new pedal.I would normally just go get the MXR but I have seen some of the stuff about that new Seymour Duncan vapor trail and it looks and sounds really nice.What is you all's take on a comparison of these two delays. You think they sound similar? Which one do you folks personally like better? and yes...it's been like 2-1/2 years since I posted, so...hello old friends! Members Mellott Posted February 24, 2015 Members Share Posted February 24, 2015 I just got the Wampler Faux Echo. it's digital, but does a really good job of giving you tape echo and analog. Plus it has tap tempo, which was pretty much a necessity for me. Doesn't muddy up the sound and is pretty versatile. I just wish there was one out there that had reverse too.
