Members KevinTJH
I've had my Korg Pitchblack tuner for years and I've been happy with the way it's served me. I've recently given it away to someone so I need to get a new tuner pedal for myself. Being the lead vocalist/rhythm guitarist of my band, tuning with speed is essential as I have merely a couple of seconds to tune while I'm speaking to the crowd. My band plays in Drop C tuning (C G C F A D), does the PolyTune 2 even work with tunings like these? If so, how well does it handle them? This tuner will be a pointless upgrade from the Korg if I end up using it just to tune individual strings. Look forward to all your inputs! Members KevinTJH
Thanks for the response, but it doesn't mention anything about being able to tune to tunings like Drop C. There's a Drop D option (D A D G B E), and options to tune all strings a couple of semitones down. So from what I'm gathering, you can set the polyphonic tuning to 2 semi-tones down (D G C F A D). However, I want to be able to set it to (C G C F A D). Would that be possible?
