Members peaveydude
Okay, this should have been simple, but it's turned into a real pain in the rear. I think there's a problem with the send/return on the back of my 5150, but just to be sure, can someone tell me exactly how to connect a V-Amp Pro to my 5150 head using the effects loop? Cheers! Members hbar
The easy answer is take the amp's fx loop out, and put that into the input on the vamp. Take the vamp output and send that to the fx return on your amp. But...might there be some issue with the line level signal coming from the loop send? The vamp is expecting an instrument level signal, so that might not work quite right, right? Crap, I don't know. None of my amps have fx loops, so why am I even responding??? Members peaveydude
There's a lot of connections on the back of the V-Amp, and for some stupid reason, I just can't wrap my brain around it.
