Don't know about vintage '76, but around NYC I've seen the used 1987 reissues in very good condition go around $800.

That damn hole in the back will knock a $100 off the price. Don't understand why people don't put the master in Normal II input instead of drilling holes?

He has no clue what it is worth so I want to be fair...There is always some dummy paying 1200 for them on ebay so that won't work,and I'm to far from Bham or Atlanta to shop the stores..

Apparently Bluebook has never been introduced to Ebay. ;)

It would probably bring in close to a grand on ebay, but tell your buddy to cut you a deal. $600-700 is a fair price without totally screwing him.

Yea I know..I'm already looking at $100 for a retube and bench job + what ever else my tech finds..Maybe I'll just fleabay it for him.Hell I don't need a Marshall and could buy another ac-30 for that kind of money..Wait a minute I don't need another ac-30..Oh {censored} GAS Suxs.Thanks

PS Funny how when someone offers you something you get all stressed and start analiz'n {censored},when in reality ya just need to let it go...

That is what I was thinking..He wants another 1987 plexi RI.Can't blame him for that..Thanks
