Members JMR Posted March 21, 2010 Members Share Posted March 21, 2010 drive pedals were pretty good, but they need to be going through a louder amp to sound best.I'm actually considering selling my HT-dist when I get a tube amp in favor of putting a boost and a proco RAT, (maybe a catalinbread SVT or DLS, something else) in it's place. Members JRBain Posted March 21, 2010 Members Share Posted March 21, 2010 Oh hellz yes... Those look great. I wouldn't mind swapping my compliment of dirt pedals for an HT Dual. They really sound good and have a great feature set. Aside from the high voltage, the ISF is a cool feature, and the EQ control is a big plus in my book. Generally for the guy like me on a budget who doesn't have amp overdrive available, I honestly think you can't get much better than these. Well priced. I really think the predictable snobbery over their being made in Asia holds no water, either. But on to these pedals, I'm impressed. Those look dead cool. Would like very much to try the 'verb.
