Members frenchji Posted October 4, 2011 Members Share Posted October 4, 2011 So anyway.. I heard the ts9 silver mod sounds awesome at 12v.. so I tried it. Sounds thin and really fake.. am I doing it wrong.. what the heck? People who run them at 12v.. what do you use it for.. boosting? Lately I've been using a ds-1 to boost my ts9.. which usually sounds really good actually. The ds1 is just a little too muddy though when stacking.. so when I'm doing dotted 1/8 note delay rhythm crap.. it's just mud when I boost with the ds1. So any suggestions for another od? I'd be willing to use the ts9 as a boost or the main overdrive. I've used an barber ltd before and have really enjoyed it.. maybe I should give it a shot?
