  • Pawn Shop score...Awesome Analog Delay

Played a gig in Sioux Falls, SD last weekend and scored this for $140.

This thing sounds incredible...anyone else have one?

I've got one. I will never sell it. The chorus is nice, the flange is nice, and the delay oscillates very musically. I used to use it as a tone generator in some of the live performances I would make with my electronic act years ago.

OP: Sounds like you scored a great deal!

nice, classic bbd goodness. If you find the repeats sounding thin, a little mid hump od can make it sing. That's what I found from a similar dm-100 I played with in the studio a few years ago.
-I predict that this thread will not end well.

So what if it's on fire? It sounds great doesn't it?

It all sounds great to me...I've just used it recording and have not been let down at all.
The delay trails are amazing to me, they 'degrade' slower than all my other analog delays.
The modulation on the delay is pretty insane...sounds so warbly and rises/drops almost chromatically at extreme settings

                  Excellent!

I've had one for a few years.

It is the BEST modulated delay.

                  And it can get CRAZY!
