READ THE RULES OR GET BANNED - Weekly spam thread 4-2-12

Recommended Posts

Welcome to the spam thread.

Please read this first BEFORE posting! FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE RULES WILL RESULT IN A TEMP BAN. :cop:

****

The Rules:

I'll try to close the previous week's spam thread sometime each Sunday evening / early Monday morning. At that time, the previous week's spam thread will be unstuck and locked. Everyone will be able to still read it as it drops off page one, but it won't be "bump-able".

One post per person, per weekly spam thread.

If the details have changed - for example, a item or two on your list has sold, you've lowered your asking price, or you no longer are looking for a new XYZ Toobyeller cheep - EDIT your original post.

ANY and all exceptions to the one post, per person per weekly spam thread rule need to be approved by me PRIOR to the second post.

This thread is for "want to buy", "want to sell" and "want to trade" posts ONLY. If you have a question about an item that's listed, please contact the seller via PM or email - don't ask questions in the thread.

New pedal announcements from builders go in here too. The "one per week" rule applies. No discussion or questions about announcements in here. If someone unaffiliated with the builder wants to start a separate thread asking about it, that's fine, and the builder can respond - but we're getting way too many builder started "announcement" threads lately, so we're going to try this for a while instead.

If you have questions regarding a certain pedal brand / type, or its suitability for various purposes / tasks, please do a search or start a new thread for that discussion.

If a seller is asking too much (in your opinion), don't slam them for it in the thread. Yes, it might be helpful to some buyers, but OTOH, buyers should take the time to research anything they're considering buying...

HC does not have any involvement in sales between private parties, or members and builders, and this ongoing weekly thread is posted as a public service - as always, caveat emptor et venditor!

WMD Geiger Counter Civilian Issue. Includes box and manual. This small version has some really cool sounds built in and is wayyyyyyy easier to navigate and get consistent sounds than its bigger brother. $150 shipped

Fromel Lush #16. This pedal sounds awesome and the stereo sounds are extremely... lush. Go figure. Has Fromel's cool distressed looking finish. $200 shipped

Mystery fuzz pedal. I received this in the mail as part of a secret santa from another forum IIRC. Inside there is a board for a GGG green ringer and a piece of perf with another fuzz circuit on it. Sounds sort of like a wolf computer or something similar maybe. Very cool sounding pedal with two nice sounding circuits. $80 shipped

This pedal is sort of like a tamer fuzz factory. I built it with transistors that I selected to avoid the oscillation of a normal fuzz factory in an attempt to get some tamer sounds out of the circuit. It does some huge fuzz tones and also does a wide variety of interesting splattery gated tones. Not as ear piercing as a stock fuzz factory. Its fun to play and might make you play differently than you otherwise would. Includes led and DC jack $100 shipped

DIY Mosfet boost. This is an exact copy down to the vero board layout, pot, and transistor of a ZVex SHO. It is what it is. Has a fancy 1950s Dakaware knob on it too $70 shipped

WAY HUGE FAT SANDWICH

Pretty much mint. 9.5/10. Too much gain for me. $100/obo shipped.

SNARLING DOGS BLACK DOG

Always made a terrible hum on every amp I've tried it on except my buddy's VTM. Love the sound, but it just doesn't work with that hum. Probably a simple grounding fix or something, but I'm a tech idiot. Pretty scuffed up. $45/obo shipped.

EHX SMALL CLONE

Had it on the board for years and used it for wacky, unnecessary stuff only. Scuffs & scratches. $50/obo shipped.

Money would be awesome, but I'm totally open to trades.

Bit out there, but have these PS3 games for sale. All are new and in the plastic. I just really don't have time to play them with my current backlog. Will sell for whatever GameStop is listing for USED or trade for Arkham City + cash! (Battlefield Bad Company 2 Ultimate Edition, Dead Space 2 Limited Edition, MLB 2K10, MLB 10 The Show)

FS/T: 1981 Fender Bullet - Made in the USA.

In good condition. A few dings, nicks and scratches, and some weather-checking & cracks in the paint. It's the original cream color with a v shaped maple neck. It's got single coil sized humbuckers: '59 bucker in the neck, and an SJBJ-1b JB Jr. in the bridge. It came to me with Seymour Duncan replacement pickups. I don't have the originals. Original Hard-shell Case.

The guitar sounds great.

FS/T: Gibson 1980 SG R1 - Black - Moog Electronics!

Original! It's in pretty good condition. Comes with a more recent Gibson Hard shell case. It does have a few dings. Looks to be constructed of mahogany - body and neck. A few nicks go through the paint. It has an ebony fretboard too. SG Standard style inlaid Gibson headstock. Chrome hardware. It has on-board Active Moog Electronics. Instead of a tone knob, it's got a low and high eq that are -5 to +5 cut and boost. It has the same on-board expansion setting that Gibson RD Artists have. No on-board compression though. When the expansion is on, it can be really BRIGHT sounding!!

I've had it for a few years. It's a great playing & sounding guitar, and is a very rare Gibson that's sure to go up in value. There are supposedly 200 in existence. They come up from time to time on Ebay, and are priced well north of this asking price. The case has been stenciled, and an attempt was made to remove the paint. (See pics.) The case still works perfectly though. The combo on the lock was never set.

$1000 obo

For trade : three pedals built by letsgocoyote ..... The green is a boost/eq and the red and gold are drive/fuzz pedals. The red is a little brighter and the gold is slightly darker and more compressed. Im keeping the white and the blue. They all sound awesome. Hit me up. I'm open to dirt, modulation, whatever. I really need a trem.

Does anyone want to trade?

I'm thinking my candy-apple red Classic Player Jaguar (not HH version) for your Classic Player Jazzmaster?

I'm a big dude with big hands and I'm starting to feel cramped by the shorter scale.

Hit me up. Let's talk about it.

Several pedals for sale, might be up for the right trade. Prices include shipping and paypal.

1. Boss RC-20XL Loop Station - Great condition, still comes in the box with the original box candy. $OLD

2. General Guitar Gadgets PT80 Delay - Built and painted myself. I'm obviously not very good at painting, that's why it looks all beat up. Wired nicely, also added a volume pot on the inside since mine has a small volume boost. Sounds great, like an analog delay but with a bit more clarity! $65

e010939e.jpg

3. Keeley Rat 2 - Lm308, 3 way clipping switch. $SOLD

Trades, I'm not really sure. Offer anything, but don't be offended if I turn it down. Cash is king though.

Let me know if you have any questions!

I need one of these...

ppap.jpg

http://www.voodoolab.com/shop/index....nlp012c7v7rul0

...and was wondering if anyone just had one laying around that they wouldn't mind sending my way

I need one to run my Timeline off my PP2+ which I was told would work. It'd be almost $10 tho after shipping and handling if I buy from Voodoo and ebay and I can't seem to find them anywhere else.

We can work something out. I could PayPal you a few bucks if you would like!

Also...sig'd
