Members mister natural
yeah, it's wretched stuff . . . when I was in the spirit business; we used to joke about consumers who "prefer" expensive vodka over smirnoff or skyy. There is literally NO DIFFERENCE in flavor of cheap Smirnoff vs the most expensive whatever brand once you add the slightest measure of juice or tonic or vermouth. None. If you drink vodka straight over ice; there's a chance that you can discern a difference but true double-blind testing would likely be non-conclusive that you could actually tell the diff. No one can prove otherwise. "I can totally tell the diff between Smirnoff and Ketel One"; I call bull{censored}
Members guitardustin
A pretty standard excellent Vodka is Hangar One. Not crazy expensive but niiiiiiiiice for martinis

Members Expressway to yr Skull
For normal averagely priced vodka, Finlandia is a good one.
Members Kap'n
That one that comes in the Skull shaped bottle. I think they call it Skull Vodka. Crystal Head Vodka. A Dan Akryoyd invention. Upstate NY people laugh at the "Triple Herkimer Diamond Filtered" claim.

Members Yarbicus
I LOVE vodka. If you can find it, Ink from Black Heron Distillery is AMAZING. Best I have ever had straight or mixed.
Members Bluto
I can't afford "classy" anything, but I always go with either Sobieski or Monopolowa. Both are great and cheap.

Members LSDis4me
You made it yourself? No, but it was cheap. Here's the rule of thumb. Stoli for you, Smirnoff for when your friends come over.
Members Trick Fall
Ketel One for me and though I don't drink much anymore when I did I often drank it straight and I could definitely taste a difference.
Members Yarbicus
None. Vodka is for high school kids. Really? When I was in High School it was Bacardi 151. Didn't start vodka until I will in my 40s and love it.
