Members One Man Banned
Alright, talk me into/out of this: I currently have a Strat that is my main axe, and gets most of my attention. I also have an Epi LP Trad Pro that is my number two. I have always wanted a full hollow guitar and love playing my dad's Gretsch G5129, I just wish it had hummies in it instead of singles. My question for you all is, should I ditch the LP in favor of a more traditional jazz box (e.g. Ibanez AF75 or Epiphone Joe Pass etc) or just stick with the LP? Which ever I go with, I will be acquiring a gibson 57 classic for the neck and a burstbucker 3 for the bridge. My main gig is church, but I also do a fair amount of blues and ambient/post rock. So what? 335? If you're currently using a Strat I'd recommend a 335 rather than a full on hollow body jazz guitar.
