Another fan of Planet Waves patch cables. They do what they're supposed to and I haven't had any issues with mine.

George L's have been good to me. Sure, there's been occasional glitchyness, but never a real problem. Maybe you need to screw them together harder?

make my own now. even with ****************ty cable, they are still far more durable than the solderless stuff.

I usually just use these cheap planet waves. never had one break down, the only problem is they are sometimes hard to fit right in close pedals and the ends are a little bigger than I would like

I make my own using cheapo pancake plugs (ghs usually) and evidence audio monorail cable. Usually runs me about $3-4 a cable, depending on how long I make it.

Really quite easy and fun to do, once you learn how to solder, which doesn't take long either.

                  Exactly this.

I may be headed back to EA Monorail when their new plug comes out though

I just make my own. They sound better than any of the ones I could afford to buy and they're more durable.

My long cables are mostly ProCo and Fender, very average stuff.
And looking at my patch cables it is obvious that I got most of them off the stage after someone else lost them.
A set of those Planet waves patch cable kit things would not be a waste.

Mogami cable and neutrik or amphenol connections, Sound about as good as it gets and cheaper than the big namers. Easy and quick to repair too. Soldering is easy!
